Inspiration

I was inspired by a contest on the Polish Alcoholic and Mommy Loves Nail Polish’s blogs and yellow was one of the colours. I was going to take a break from creating but this one came out so cool i had to share it. I didn’t put it on my own nails tho as i had just painted them with a blue shade I’m testing out and want to see how long lasting it is.

I’ve named this nail polish Stinger, as i was inspired by the colours in a wasp. This is shown with two coats with a clear top coat. I’ll be wearing this one come summer for sure!

About blacksheeplacquer

My passion is making nail polish. I have a day job, but it's not all that creative. I like wearing colours no one else has, I'm always being asked where i got my nail polish! I've decided to start selling nail polish to support my habit, I have so much glitter, micas, and other various nail polishing things, that I couldn't possibly use it all up on my own! My store is here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/blacksheeplacquer

How awesome is it that Erin was inspired by our challenge while creating “Stinger”, a gorgeous (3 free!) polish! Go check out all her creations at her shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/funkblend

    Thanks Erin, you rock!

I love it. It’s very 80’s pop-like. Very cool that you create your own polish…how much?
